CRITERIA FOR NODAL NGO IN EACH DISTRICT
- N.G.O should be registered and working in the District for the last 3 years.
- N.G.O should have a well equipped office with Computer and Internet facility.
- N.G.O should appoint Field Project Units for all Mandal and Municipal areas of the District within a Month of Date of Agreement
- N.G.O should be handling major projects in the district (Especially Health Related projects).
- N.G.O should have good Financial background and sound Accounting system.
- N.G.O should have good reputation and track record with Government departments & other Non-Government organizations.
- N.G.O not be black listed by any departments or agencies.
- N.G.O should have trained staff.
Conditions:
- Rs 100 stamp paper MOU will be entered into made with Spandana Trust.
- N.G.O should provide full details of organization profile, registration details, renewal details, Copy of 12A/80G/FCRA/ Certificates.
- Copy of Bye-laws, List of Management Committee members, last 3 years Annual reports and Audit Reports.
- A photocopy of Bank account statement for last 6 months.
- Passport size photo of the N.G.O head with residential proof.
- A demand draft for Rs. 50,000/- in favour of Spandana Welfare Trust, Sindhanur - Payble at Sindhanur, Karnataka.
- The Nodal N.G.O should have a project office in the district headquarters.

Staff Support Salary T.A
- District Project Coordinator 6,125 1500
- District Project Supervisor 4,555 1000
- Com-operator cum Clark 3,000 __
- Rent 3,000 __
- Stationary & Communication Expenses 2,000 __
Training:
- Induction Training to Nodal N.G.O
- Induction Training to Field Project Unit (FPU)
- Non- Technical Training to FPU Staff
- Technical staff Training.
- One annual workshop/seminar at District Level.
- Camp support to FPU.
- Nodal N.G.O gets Rs. 10 from every enrolled diabetic patients.
Community College.
- Nodal N.G.O gets to offer 5 health related Diploma Courses Approved by Planning Commission.
- The Courses are :
o Diploma in Care & Development
o Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
o Diploma Village Health Nurse.
o Pharmacy Assistant
o Diploma Health Inspector Course.
- For all the above mentioned health related courses conducted in the community college set up by the NGO, 60% of net income after deduction of all expenses goes to the Nodal N.G.O and the balance 40% goes to Spandana Trust.
